The company Environmental Safety Technologies was established in 1991 with a name change to JJ and S Environmental Process Analysis trading as Environmental Process Analytics (EPA) in 2001 to address the need for expertise in the environmental emissions and process control market. The personnel members of EPA have gained collective experience, application knowledge and engineering expertise of more than 100 years in the fields of environmental equipment, process management and the Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) arena.
Based in Centurion, South Africa, EPA is perfectly situated to provide superior analytical instrumentation, software and solutions in the Environmental and Process related fields to the entire Sub-Saharan Africa. An on-site workshop enables EPA to meet swift turnaround times with regards to repairs and calibration of equipment and a complement of spares are held in stock to ensure service level agreements with customers are honoured through on site assistance as well as remote wireless diagnostics.
Gas and dust emissions as well as combustion emissions monitoring, process monitoring and control products are included in our range of services and EPA also caters for specialised flow monitoring for harsh applications. Designing and manufacturing, calibration and repair service, specialised software development and integration, system development, customised mechanical engineering facilities, installation and commissioning and turnkey projects form part of our expertise. Further specific services include Risk surveys for gas and dust, Vehicle emissions surveys and Isokinetic sampling and calibration.

EPA is continuously searching for innovative products to enhance the provision of products and services and has secured sole re-distribution agencies for South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa for products manufactured by international companies.

Quality Control Policies of all Suppliers and Clients of EPA are followed strictly and international standards such as ISO9001, BSEN14181, MCERTS, SIRA, TUV are adhered to at all times. In addition EPA has an internal SHEQ Policy that adheres to national South African legislation and compliance thereof is ensured by the personnel members of EPA.
